2012 Democrat Voting Slate

The Florida Statutes are very clear about voting laws.  The enforcement of those laws?  Not so clear.  At least not in early voting.  At least not in North Miami, Florida.

Of course, nothing that goes on in North Miami should surprise me by now since this is the home of the most corrupt local government in all of Florida.  Granted, Miami-Dade County Elections Department is the agency in charge of the election, but early voting at that precinct is being held at the North Miami Public Library, which is owned, operated and run by the City of North Miami.  The elected officials who run that city appear to have absolutely no regard for, nor do they seem to obey their own laws and ordinances, much less the Florida Statutes, so is it any wonder that there appears to be fraud at the polls?

Okay, yeah, that was a rhetorical question.

For starters, according to the Polling Place Procedures Manual published by the Florida Department of State, Division of Elections, Florida Statutes 101.051 and 102.031 are explicit in spelling out exactly who IS and who ISN’T allowed in the polling room, the procedure to be followed when a voter needs assistance, as well as solicitation restrictions.  My sources in North Miami have told me that these Florida Statutes have been and are continuing to be violated at the North Miami Public Library polling place.

For starters, yesterday there were two people illegally inside the polling room wearing tee shirts with the name New Florida Majority.  This is a Florida non-profit corporation registered as New Florida Majority, Inc., with a the registered trademark of “New Florida Majority,” and claiming its mission is “promoting public awareness in the field of social welfare.”

According to its Trademark application, New Florida Majority is a “501c4 organization that organizes, educates, and mobilizes communities in Florida to win equity and fairness throughout the state.”

Smells like ACORN to me!  And one that didn’t fall far from that tree.

In fact, New Florida Majority was formed in 2009, which is just about the time ACORN was busted and defunded, only to have off-shoot mini-ACORN organizations take its place.  Is New Florida Majority one such group?

Unlike a 501(c)(3), an organization designated as a 501(c)(4) can be as political as it wants to be, “provided election activity is not the primary function.”

Yeah, right.  Like anyone’s gonna stop them!

At the North Miami Public Library polling place yesterday, the representatives of New Florida Majority were asking voters if they needed assistance (ILLEGAL!), walking into the voting booth with voters (ILLEGAL!), and telling voters which punch numbers to mark on their ballots (ILLEGAL!).

According to the Florida Statutes, if a voter needs assistance, “he or she may receive help from either two election officials or another person of his or her own choosing other than the voter’s employer, an agent of the voter’s employer, or an officer or agent of the voter’s union.”  If members of New Florida Majority are trolling the polling room looking for voters to “help,” this is a direct violation of the law.

Apparently, no one stopped them, either.

If a voter requires assistance to use the equipment, “two poll workers of different party affiliations” are allowed to show the voter how to use the machines, but then “must leave the voting booth so the voter can vote in secrecy.”

According to my sources, not only were the New Florida Majority members staying in the voting booth with voters, allegedly “translating” for them, but they were also telling them which punch numbers to bubble in.  Obviously, the “secrecy” of the voting booth was being violated.

Per the Florida Statutes, the only persons allowed in the polling room are poll workers, the supervisor of elections, deputy supervisors, voters themselves, a person designated by a voter (such as a caretaker or translator) to assist that voter, poll waters approved by the supervisor of elections, and poll waters/observers approved by the supervisor of elections.

That list would NOT include members of a political organization, such as New Florida Majority, who appear to be able to walk around the polling room at will asking people if they need assistance.

And yet, no one stopped them.

My sources also told me that the election clerk herself was walking along the line of people outside asking if anyone needed a “Declaration to Secure Assistance” form to fill out.

Calls to the supervisor of elections by the Romney Campaign lawyers were ignored.  Complaints to the elections clerk at the North Miami Public Library polling place were ignored.

And, here I thought some of the stories of voter fraud from around the country were a tad exaggerated.  Apparently not.  The extremely well organized Democrat election machine will stop at nothing to make sure people vote their way.

It’s commonly known by pretty much everyone around the State of Florida, and by lawyers and volunteers who have worked elections here, that Miami-Dade County is home to some of the biggest voter fraud problems in the country.  A Romney campaign attorney told me yesterday that he was down here in the last national election and he could not believe some of the scams that were being pulled.

This comes as absolutely no surprise to those of us who live here and have been trying to do everything we can to rout out voter fraud.  While Hialeah has become infamous for its absentee ballot fraud “boletera” ring, we have had our share of fraud and corruption here in the northeast corner of the county.  Since the primary election on August 14, 2012, a group of fraudsters from the Haitian community have finally been exposed for alleged absentee ballot and other voter fraud.  The worst instances take place in the City of North Miami, where the early voting polling place just happens to be located.

Activists have long suspected all kinds of fraudulent activity going on here, including ballot brokering.  The sad thing is that the main victims of this fraud are members of the Haitian community who are not as educated or proficient in English as their so-called, self-appointed community “leaders.”  People such as “Teacher Carline,” (AKA Carline Paul), North Miami Mayor Andre Pierre, and Haitian talk radio hosts such as Rothschild Anderson, who seem to foster and encourage ignorance of voting and other laws among the lesser educated members of their community.  These people take advantage of recent immigrants and newly sworn in citizens by feeding them false, or at least extremely partisan, information over the airwaves especially during elections. My sources have informed me that Carline Paul has been banned by the county’s election department from working or even volunteering at the polls and was still seen at the North Miami Public Library in the last few days. Attorneys for the Romney camp went to the library armed with cameras but apparently were unable to locate her. They did however note that the 100 foot “no-solicitation zone” was being violated continuously.

North Miami is home to one of, if not the, largest Haitian communities in the country.  Members of that community are afraid to speak publicly about bullying and intimidation by their “leaders” for fear of recrimination.  Because of their experiences in Haiti with corrupt politicians and police officers, Haitians here are unwilling to go against authority and are easily silenced by that fear.  The fraud and corruption has not only reached the level of a city mayor, but it now appears to include members of the Miami-Dade elections department, at least at the level of polling place clerks in North Miami.

The actions of the election clerks at the North Miami Public library yesterday seem to point to such collusion.  By interacting among the voters, asking them if they need assistance and providing unrequested forms, and by allowing members of a political organization, such as Florida New Majority, to loiter unchecked inside the polling room, the clerks violated practically every election law on the books of the State of Florida.  On top of that, the clerks were blatantly intimidating official poll watchers for the Republican party and/or Romney campaign by refusing them access to voter lists, which is one of the poll watching duties.  At the same time, they allowed more than one Obama poll watcher in the room at once, which is illegal, and gave them free access to the voter lists.

In an even more blatant violation of the law, Obama poll watchers were allowed to hand out a voting slate printed by the Miami-Dade Democratic Party, when poll watchers are specifically prohibited by Florida law from doing so.  I obtained one of the voting slates and it can be seen in the upper right corner of this article. According to the Florida Statutes, poll watchers are not allowed to “speak to or otherwise interact with voters,” and yet at the North Miami Public Library yesterday, this is exactly what the Obama poll watchers were doing.

Community organizing outfits like New Florida Majority, are well organized and highly motivated to sway elections by any means necessary.  The members who came out to the North Miami Public Library yesterday all happened to be Haitian Americans.  They obviously knew their target audience.  It wouldn’t surprise me in the least that over in Hialeah, which is home to a majority Latino community, if NFM sent their Hispanic members to infiltrate the crowds.  ACORN type organizations are well funded by not only wealthy Democrats, but also by government grants.  For an organization claiming to work toward “ending political corruption,” it sure does seem to contribute to exactly that.  What they do appears to be political corruption at its most heinous.

And no one seems to be able to stop them.

Organizations like New Florida Majority prey on minorities, such as North Miami’s Haitian community and others.  They push the agenda of victimhood on them, and coerce dependence on “community organizations” for their every need.  When it comes to elections, these organizations are among the first to start spreading lies about their candidates’ opponents and counting on the less informed members of the Haitian community to go along with the program.  It is common knowledge that some Haitians sell their absentee ballots to ballot brokers.  It is suspected that some are even paid for their in-person vote; hence the “need” to be “assisted” in the voting booth.  Why would a ballot broker pay for a vote without witnessing that it was done “correctly?”  How obvious is that ploy?

This type of voter fraud is not exclusive to South Florida’s Haitian community.  I just happen to be privy to all the tricks since I live here in Northeast Miami-Dade County, where most of the Haitian community resides.  Believe me, this is a county-wide problem, and the majority of voter fraud takes place in areas where there is a sizable immigrant and/or minority population.  Like vultures circling a wounded animal, “community organizers” see a wealth of opportunity by taking advantage of those whose first language is not English, or who believe they have somehow been victimized.  After they ensnare their prey, their votes are easy pickings.

By affiliating himself with organizations like ACORN, not to mention the militant New Black Panther Party, Barack Obama was easily able to steal the 2008 Democratic nomination from Hillary Clinton, and eventually the presidency.  Right from under the noses of all Americans.  With help from groups such as the New Florida Majority, I’m sure he’s hoping to do it again on Tuesday.

Unfortunately for him, this time we’re on to him.  Organizations such as Project Veritas and True The Vote, not to mention ordinary citizens like me and others, are diligently working to uncover voter fraud and ensure free and fair elections for all Americans.  We will not rest until the job is done and towards that end, the information I have assembled here has been hand delivered to Florida Governor Rick Scott who promised to look into it.
