Obama Says Country Would Be 'Better Off' If More People Worked for Government

In a July 29 speech on the economy, President Obama absurdly claimed that the country would be better off if the federal government and local city, county and state governments would hire more people.

Holy Sh*t, someone please tell me he really didn’t say that.

As Warner Todd Huston aptly notes, we all know that Obama totally loves big government policies, but going so far as to be so effing stupid as to essentially believe that just about everyone should work for the government and if they did the economy would be “better off” … much less actually have the words come out of his clueless mouth … no wonder our country is going to hell in a hand-basket, fast.

One would think that he’d, for once, stop for a second or two before he opened his effing mouth in order to first engage his brain … and give a thought or two as to where the money would come from if everyone made a living OFF OF the government (as his policies and agenda have us headed toward already) … as in whose taxes are going to pay for them? Does he really believe that he can perpetually borrow from Peter to pay Paul without going totally broke (like he has us doing already)?

God help us! This man (and his party) still has more years in office.
