P5+1 "Deal Or No Deal" with Iran: Joseph Maloney

At 3am gmt on November 24 the P5+1 announced that a deal was reached with Iran.   The details weren’t known, because this was just a “first step” in President Obama scheduled White House 10:15 speech that didn’t start untill 10:45. http://nsnbc.me/2013/11/24breakthrough-agreement-reached-p51-iran-talks/
Obama said, “for the first time in nearly a decade, we have haulted the progress of the Iranian nuclear program, and key parts of the program will be rolled back.”
The agreement has Iran limiting their enrichment to 5%, and recognition of Iran’s right to continue its nuclear sites of Arak, Firdo, and Natanz.  Iran had also agreed to comprehensive, and unpresidented transparency measures with the IAEA;  which hasn’t been on any Iranian site since February 2012, because of an agreement Iran had broken with the IAEA.
The outline of the deal http://toi.sr/1i5KBK4 gave Iran access to over four billion in funds stored in the U S, and rights to import, and export business in a deal totalling over eight billion.  The effectiveness of the sanctions on Iran is unclear, and the fact that ten countries were exempted from the sanctions http://www.saharasamay.com/world-news/676525883/11-countries-exempted-from-us-iran-sanctions-act.html cast doubts about Obama’s sanctions effectiveness.
Iran’s President Rouhani gave only assurances with reducing its nuclear enrichment, and got eight billion in concessions from the P5+1 members, including France’s Hollande.  The P5+1 didn’t cross Rouhani’s “red Line”; which is their country’s right to nuclear enrichment.
Today, Rouhani has another “red line”, and it’s Iran’s nuclear facilities. http://www.cnn.com/2013/11/29/world/meast/iran-nuclear-rouhani/index.html?sr=sharebar_twitter Saying,  “Iran will not dismantle any of its nuclear facilities as part of an effort to reach a long-term agreement to limit its nuclear development”.
Rouhani doesn’t sound like a leader who is against the ropes.  He sounds determined to carry out Iran’s nuclear ambitions.  The time table works in Iran’s favor.  There are many who believe Iran is very close to having its firat bomb.  There have been estimates it could happen within the six month agreement period, but  earlier today I came across wp.me/pplnw-9rB fb.me/10J43EIg8 that Iran could produce a nuclear weapon within thirty-six days.
“Deal or No Deal” Iran will have its bomb, and along with North Korea world peace, and security will be forever in doubt.
