Why Liberals Want to See Iraq Implode

Iraq – as we have known it – is falling apart and losing cohesion.  The group working to destroy Iraq, the Islamic State in Iraq and the Levant, is a reconstituted terrorist organization composed of al Qaeda as well as several Sunni jihadist groups.  Their goal is to re-establish the Caliphate (Islamic empire).  They’re starting with Iraq and Syria:

After seizing the northern city of Mosul on Monday, on Tuesday ISIS stormed down Iraq’s route 1 highway to take Tikrit. This victory has left them emboldened and only 110 miles from Baghdad. The Iraqi military seemingly overrun, Nouri al-Maliki’s government is greatly concerned.

Obama is backing the “rebels” in Syria just like he did in Libya and Egypt.

Liberals want to see Iraq implode because they think it will discredit the presidency of George W. Bush and give Americans a distaste for any future military actions by saying:

What difference did the Iraq invasion make?

What is really going to happen, of course, is terrorism will grow throughout the region and those terrorists will then attack the U.S.

Jimmy Carter is president, his policies help create instability in places like Iran and Afghanistan which, in turn, create anti-American terrorism which then rears its ugly head under Reagan’s presidency.

Bill Clinton is president and he ignores Osama bin Laden, the first World Trade Center bombing, which allows anti-American terrorism to grow and, eventually, George W. Bush must deal with the result.

Barack Obama is president and his support of the “rebels” in Middle Eastern nations such as Egypt, Libya, and Syria such that anti-American terrorism grows.  The next president is going to deal with the consequences.

And the presumptive Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton and former Secretary of State said yesterday:

These five guys [released Taliban commanders] are not a threat to the United States. 

So far, four of those “guys” have said they intend to wage war against the United States now that they have been freed by the United States.

Liberals would burn the house down because they think it will give them bragging rights on how crappy Republicans are.

What they’re really doing is helping the slit the throat of America.
