It’s Already Begun

Did you know that Dr. Ben Carson was on the “extremist” list of the Southern Poverty Law Center? This organization has compiled a list of extremists who might bring about anarchy onto the streets of America. Among those on the list are skinheads, Nazi sympathizers, and violent gangs. I suspect this organization is in cahoots with the current administration though because they fail to name Islamic extremists and their radical agenda to destroy our country. 

Of all people, Dr. Ben Carson made the list! (However, the Southern Poverty Law Center has recently recanted after a massive outcry from the Christian community.) Nevertheless, he is still deemed a “radical” Christian by the current administration. It could be that he was put on the list for speaking against the healthcare fiasco at the National Prayer Breakfast (2013) at which the president was also present.

Who would have thought that such a highly esteemed Christian man, who is a “healer” rather than a destroyer of human life, could be accused of hate speech? He was just stating his opinion. But our self-absorbed president doesn’t want our opinion. In his eyes, no one on earth is as wise as he. He seems to think he’s a god.  Also, in that same vein, there is an idea being tossed around in Washington of instituting the “Thought Police” where even thinking about standing up to the Federal government will be outlawed!  This is outright subterfuge. 

Right now it’s the Internet blogs and informative websites that are being targeted as well, especially those who speak out about the injustice of our political leaders. Christian websites will probably be next to be targeted. Amazingly, these outlets only crime is to convert sinners into saved sinners and make the world a better place to live. That would mean that the handful of “watchmen on the wall” would be silenced and/or prosecuted unjustly. But websites that promote killing and Jihadist activities aren’t even mentioned by the SPLC organization.

At the same time, the president wants unlimited military power to do as he sees fit without the consent of Congress.  This will probably happen, but it is yet another ruse and can’t be good for the country. Those in power who are supposed to guard our Constitution are blind to what is going on, or at least pretending to be so. 

They must love the power granted to them by the American voting public and the perks that go with it more than upholding the Constitutional Law. That is, except for one strong voice, namely Senator Ted Cruz whose father is a Baptist preacher.  He is obviously a devout Christian who takes a firm stand for what he knows to be right.

There was a time when people would say, “I don’t talk politics or religion” with a self-righteous attitude, as though it were something to be proud of. Today, only a fool talks that way. Politics and religion have always played a role in human history and will until the end. Today most politicians use the convenient, “I misspoke” excuse for outright lying. It is getting harder and harder to believe anything politicians says. They go into office with little money in the bank and leave Washington with book deals worth millions, and even more in benefits that endure until death.

Speaking of shady political leaders, the new Prime Minister of Greece, Alexis Tsipras, just won the election there, and he came from out of nowhere. It seems many of these “end time” world leaders are materializing out of thin air, just like Obama did.

Another scary thing happened in Iran recently. Ahmadinejad reappeared on the world stage. Do you remember him? Who can forget his tirades against Israel and America just a few years ago?  He’s coming back onto the world stage with a bounce in his step and a smile on his face. It kind of makes you wonder what he has up his sleeve.

Could it be that he knows something we don’t? Could it be that he has inside information that Iran has finally developed their beloved nuclear bomb and are ready to incinerate Israel? Maybe he just came from paying one of the many nuclear facilities a visit, and even gazed at the loathsome deadly device lovingly.
