Lawmakers probe group who wants “climate change deniers” prosecuted

Yea, they come from all the prestigious universities. And they sent a letter to Obama and DOJ Chief Loretta Lynch and OSTP Director Holdren, wanting all “climate change deniers” prosecuted under the RICO Act. Here are their names and universities, with the Big Cheese, Jagadish Shukla, and many others at George Mason Universtity:

Well it seems that these guys, girls and groups have been getting a ton of taxpayer funds. Ringleader Shukla’s group, Institute of Global Environment and Society has gotten $63 million since 2001. Shukla and his wife received a total of around $800,000 in salaries from both George Mason and his group in both 2013 and 2014. A clear conflict of interest.

But for those most insistent that climate change, both man-made and natural, is REAL, may get the tables turned on them. In the form of a Congressional investigation headed by Rep. Lamar Smith (R-TX), chairman of the Committee on Science, Space and Technology.

Smith sent a stern letter to Shukla citing “serious concerns” because Shukla’s group is receiving millions of taxpayer money but then behaving in a partisan manner by demanding “climate change deniers” be prosecuted. Smith has also asked for financial documents.

“As evidence mounts that the dire predictions of catastrophic global warming are not confirmed by climatological observations, the alarmist camp has had to resort to witch hunts,” said Bonner Cohen, senior fellow at the National Center for Public Policy Research.

A Princeton University physicist, William Happer, suggested looking at the “Lysenko cult”:

Trofim Lysenko was a biologist who directed the Lenin All-Union Academy of Agricultural Sciences. With the support of Soviet strongman Joseph Stalin, he dictated scientific results in step with the government’s political agenda.

“Lysenko’s biology was adopted as official truth by Stalin’s communist party by about 1930,” Happer said.

The “falsification” and “bogus proofs” used to prop up Lysenko’s schemes is well-documented in the book “Power and Science: The History of the Destruction of Genetics in the USSR,” the Princeton physicist said.
