Elvis Jihad: Long Island Muslim named Elvis said he was “prepared to strap a bomb on and sacrifice for jihad”
“I’m going to leave this country and I’m going to come back with an Army — Islam is coming,” said Elvis. “I just dont like this country.”
But the Democrats and Never-Trumpers insist that we must bring many, more like him into the country. They are bent on national suicide.
“Feds bust Long Island man who told ISIS he would ‘die for Allah’ days after he got caught turnstile jumping,” by Denis Slattery and Thomas Tracy, New York Daily News, March 5, 2017:
A bumbling, small-time crook who wanted to “engage in violent jihad” couldn’t get on the subway without getting arrested — let alone join ISIS.
Federal investigators grabbed 26-year-old Elvis Redzepagic at the Long Island home he shares with his parents Friday, charging him with providing material support to the terror group.
Officials said the wannabe jihadi visited the Middle East twice between July 2015 and August, 2016, both times failing in his efforts to enter Syria and join ISIS.
Redzepagic allegedly told authorities he was willing to blow himself up to be a martyr and “die for the sake of Allah,” officials said Saturday.
Earlier in the week, the Commack man was busted in Midtown for not paying his subway fare.
“This kid’s not normal,” Redzepagic’s uncle Ricky Redzepagic told the Daily News. “He never works. He does drugs.”
Redzepagic has been arrested six times in the city for a variety of charges including drug possession and robbery since 2012.
Around 9 p.m. Tuesday, cops caught him trying to enter a subway station at 34th St. and Seventh Ave. through an emergency gate.
After being arrested, he told FBI officials that he was planning to “engage in jihad,” and that he was “prepared to strap a bomb on and sacrifice (himself) for jihad.”In 2015, he made it to Turkey and allegedly reached out to a man he believed to be a commander of a battalion in Syria and a member of ISIS so he could “engage in violent jihad,” according to court papers.
He made several attempts to cross the border from Turkey, but couldn’t find a way into the war-torn country, officials said.
He took a different route in August 2016, and went to Jordan, but was deported by Jordanian authorities when he tried to cross the border, officials said.
After being busted for pot on Feb, 2 in Suffolk County, Redzepagic told police that he believes one of his cousins is in Syria fighting with al-Nusrah Front, an al Qaeda outfit, according to court documents.”I’m going to leave this country and I’m going to come back with an Army — Islam is coming,” he told cops.
Federal authorities then found “numerous” maps of Syria and Turkey on Redzepagic’s computer and cell phone and a filed labeled “nasheed for jihad,” according to the complaint.
Feds also found several Facebook messages by Redzepagic, praising the ISIS jihad, which he said is when “you fight for the sake of God” and “die for the sake of Allah.”
“Since i got back from turkey from trying to perform Jihad and join Jabhat Al Nusra the cia has been bothering me,” he wrote in one social media message, adding, “Its annoying but i out smarted them.”“I just dont like this country,” he added….
