Obama Treading On Treason With Treaty With Iran Without Congress Consent

Fox News host Greta Van Susteren hammered President Obama and took him back to law school to remind him of the Constitution amidst the imminent Iranian nuclear deal.

Van Susteren went ‘off the record’ to remind the so-called “constitutional law professor” that he alone does not have the power to single-handedly make a deal with Iran, according to the Constitution.

“Article two, Section two, Clause two of the Constitution includes the treaty clause, which empowers the president to propose and negotiate agreements between the United States and other nations which become treaties after – yes, after – the advice and consent of a super majority of the U.S. Senate,” Van Susteren said. “Now, that means the president has no power to make a deal solely with Iran. Solely alone, he can’t do that.”

Her response came after she played a clip of White House Press Secretary Josh Earnest saying the administration is hesitant to come to Congress with an agreement before doing so with Iran. SOURCE

OK, so, it would be illegal for Obama to, on his own, with no legislative branch authority, to enter into a treaty agreement with Iran on ANY topic actually, but more specifically, one relating to Iran and nuclear power.

It’s against the writings of the U.S. Constitution, it is, according to Greta Van Susteren, bordering on an act of treason, and therefore is aiding and abetting an ENEMY of this nation, which is in fact an act of treason.

Who would dare to cross Obama and write the Articles of Impeachment and accusations of treason?

Who is going to enforce the law and take Obama into custody? The Senate? Maybe the U.S. Congress?

Which members of the Senate or House would have the guts to place Obama on trial?

Who on the Federal level would even have the courage to arrest Barack Hussein Obama if you were to actually find a way to officially bring charges, an indictment on violations of Federal Law and acts of treason, or a Federal magistrate that would issue an arrest warrant? 

That’s a long list of who, how and IF my friends.

“Ultimately, we can’t put in place an additional hurdle for that agreement to overcome here at the eleventh hour,” Earnest said at a press conference.

“Hurdle? That clause is not a hurdle,” Van Susteren responded. “Josh Earnest may think it trivial, but I don’t. It’s the Constitution, to be respected and adhered to.”

Remember if Obama does try to push this “go it alone” as his spokesman said, then Obama is in direct violation of the U.S. Constitution.

I believe most of us are fully convinced that this action, and nearly every other act that has been committed by the Obama regime is indeed illegal and violates the law of the land, but again I say; WHO is going to stop Obama?

To Greta Van Susteren, on the off chance that you’re reading this, I’ll make you an offer;
YOU find the folks willing to file charges against Obama, enough members of the Senate and House to affect a prosecution.

If you can do all of that then you should be able to find a Federal Magistrate that will appoint me to the position of Temporary Chief Deputy United States Marshal, Chief of the Obama Arrest Task Force and grant me the ability to personally form that arrest task force with Officers of MY choosing.

Obama will be cuffed and stuffed in very short order IF, and I do say IF, you can find the officials that will start the process rolling.
