The Democratic National Committee has job openings in the Technology Department. Certain people need not apply:
In an email issued to DNC insiders on Monday, Data Services manager Madeleine Leader announced that the Technology Department is looking to fill several positions and asked interested parties to forward the openings to their colleagues. …
She included the following caveat:
I personally would prefer that you not forward to cisgender straight white males, since they’re already in the majority.
The “cisgender” part means you can get the job even if you are a hated heterosexual white man, so long as you show up for the interview in women’s clothes.
If these kooks want to discriminate in their private hiring, that is their own business, although it certainly won’t improve the quality of their Technology Department. The problem is that the DNC is a political organization. Its very purpose is to impose its ideology on everyone else.
Don’t look for any loosening of Affirmative Action tyranny so long as Democrats are in charge. Judging people by the content of their character — or the content of their résumé — is not on the agenda.
