London Breed Reveals Plan to Clean Up San Francisco

Even Mayor London Breed has noticed that the streets of San Francisco have been reduced to a cesspool by runaway moonbattery. She wants the junkies and bums who have overrun the place to clean up after themselves. Maybe the homeless advocacy groups the city shovels money at to make the place so attractive to derelicts will help. Ms. Breed gives it a try:

“I work hard to make sure your programs are funded for the purposes of trying to get these individuals help, and what I am asking you to do is work with your clients and ask them to at least have respect for the community — at least, clean up after themselves and show respect to one another and people in the neighborhood,” Breed told the Investigative Unit, referencing her conversations with nonprofit groups aimed at serving the homeless.

Addicts and lunatics are sure to stop defecating on the sidewalks and flinging their used needles right and left once they are told that this behavior does not demonstrate respect for the community. If not, London will back up her polite request with enforcement… or maybe not:

When pressed about whether her plan calls for harsher penalties against those who litter or defecate on city streets, Breed said “I didn’t express anything about a penalty.” Instead, the mayor said she has encouraged nonprofits “to talk to their clients, who, unfortunately, were mostly responsible for the conditions of our streets.”

While the homeless persons are getting their talking-to, maybe they could also be told to lay off the heroine and get jobs.

The city has been spending hundreds of $millions per year on homeless people, yet — mystifying to moonbats — the homeless population is not going down.
