Denver Public Schools Back Southern Poverty Law Center

When the liberal establishment media denounces an organization as a “hate group,” that usually means that it has been designated to be hated by the rancorous extremists at the Southern Poverty Law Center. This frequently includes mainstream Christian groups.

An example is LGBT terrorist Floyd Lee Corkins, who attacked the offices of the Family Research Council after seeing this benevolent organization featured on a “hate map” by the SPLC. He had planned to murder innocent people and stuff Chick-fil-A sandwiches in their mouths to teach them a lesson for being haters. A security guard managed to stop him but was shot.

Chances are good that you would not want the SPLC teaching your children. That means you should keep them well clear of Denver Public Schools. The district proclaims:

“The values expressed by the SPLC are in alignment with the values of DPS. …

“As a school district, we value conversations that create a sense of belonging, inclusiveness and support for all of our students, including those who are our most vulnerable. We work to ensure that we are providing a variety of culturally responsive resources to our educators and school leaders. The SPLC database is one of the sources that offers those types of tools.”

The school district did not explain how it would “create a sense of belonging, inclusiveness and support” for students and parents who support conservative and Christian groups that the SPLC falsely labels “hate groups.” It did not explain how these values would support Christians — whose beliefs are routinely branded “hate” by the SPLC.

The fuzzy “inclusiveness” rhetoric sounds nauseating but harmless. In reality, it covers a vicious agenda that calls for the eradication of Christian values and the imposition of depravity as the new normal. Those targeted for marginalization are termed “haters.”

Unsurprisingly, the SPLC is funded in part by George Soros. Not only the media but increasingly politicized Big Tech relies on it to tell them who to hate.

If only DPS were an exception. When it comes to inculcating a pernicious and radical ideology in children, the district is more likely to be the rule.
