30 Arrested for Yoga in Iran

Moonbats might be less sympathetic toward Islam if they realized that its victory in the 1,400-year-old war it has been waging against Western Civilization would mean even yoga might be illegal:

Roughly 30 individuals taking part in a private yoga session were detained in Iran… The people were arrested in the northern city of Gorgan, where they were apparently taking part in a mixed class.

Mixed sports are banned in the Islamic Republic of Iran.

Local justice department official Massoud Soleimani said the instructor, who was also arrested, had no licence to run the class…

He also said that those taking part were wearing “inappropriate clothing” and had “behaved abnormally” and that the security forces had been monitoring the home for some time before the arrests, the Tasnim news agency reported.

Islamizing the West will be a messy business. Imagine jailing everyone who behaves abnormally in a place like San Francisco.
