Probation for Raping 14-Year-Old

The liberal judiciary did the heavy lifting when it came to normalizing homosexuality, most famously in the outrageous Supreme Court decision imposing homosexual “marriage” on the states. The same will be true for the next hill progressives take in the Culture War, sex with minors:

A New York man was sentenced to 10 years probation but no prison time after pleading guilty to raping a 14-year-old girl he met while driving a school bus. The judge in the case defended his controversial ruling by pointing out that [Shane] Piche had only raped one girl, rather than multiple.

Judge James P. McClusky designated Piche as a Level 1 offender, so his address will not be made public.

We have a way to go before Piche qualifies as “oppressed.” The entertainment industry will have to do its part to alter public attitudes.
