Over 1 Million Apprehensions by Border Patrol Expected This Year

Calling the border situation an emergency is not hyperbole. The Border Patrol is on pace to make over 1 million apprehensions in a single year:

U.S. Customs and Border Protection on Wednesday revealed that May apprehensions topped 144,000. This year has seen 676,315 apprehensions so far, up 99% over this time last year.

This only counts the ones who are apprehended. Many more infiltrate the country uncounted, thanks to our pathetically inadequate border defenses.

Steven Kopits, the president of Princeton Policy Advisors which has predicted that immigrant apprehensions would reach 931,000 this year, expressed concern about the May numbers and boosted his prediction to 1,072,000.

The onslaught has overwhelmed our resources, resulting in the de facto erasure of the border as invaders are released into the country.

If 1 million Russian troops invaded, we would respond as necessary with nuclear weapons. But this is much worse than Russians, who would eventually leave or assimilate.

We are being invaded by the Third World. The invaders will never leave. They will stay forever and out-reproduce us within our own borders. Any assimilation that takes place will involve Americans assimilating into the Third World.

Unless something drastic happens soon, we will inevitably find ourselves living under the socialism that is already advocated by Democrats with increasing openness. At that point, we will have been conquered and enslaved via the welfare state by the invaders now pouring across the border.

The border situation is literally an existential crisis. Many of us will live to see America effectively die because Democrats were able to increase their power by preventing us from defending our land from foreign invasion.
