After watching the hearing, the Democrats – Nadler – Schiff – Cummins – Green, etc. reminded me of something that I heard a long time ago: A little boy wanted a pony more than ANYTHING else. That’s ALL he talked about, pony, pony, pony. He drove his parents NUTS! Every Christmas he wrote to Santa how he had been SUCH a good boy all year & ALL he EVER WANTED was a pony. After about 3 years of this his father (who was NOT a very nice man) got an idea. Mom bought the little boy MORE stuffed ponies, cowboy boots, etc. for Christmas. Dad made a phone call. Late Christmas eve after the little boy was in bed, a big truck backed into the drive & then left. Mom asked “What was that?” Dad said: “You’ll see in the morning.” Christmas morning comes, no pony. The tearful little boy opened his presents, then Mom made breakfast. After they did the dishes, Dad stood looking out the window. Mom asked “what’s that?” The little boy went CRAZY! Grabbed his coat & ran outside. Dad made Mom stay inside. “Just wait a while”. The little boy stayed outside till lunchtime. Finally Mom went out to call him for lunch. There he was with a shovel working away digging horse manure away from the HUGE pile. Dad, the jerk, just smirked. Mom said it’s time for lunch, leave that alone. The little boy said “Oh No, I can’t, Mom. With a pile THIS BIG there HAS to be a BIG poney in here somewhere!” Wonder how long the Democrats are going to keep digging?
