Mueller was playing dumb, and not the first time. Questioned by Jim Jordan a few years ago about an investigation into the IRS scandal he displayed the same behavior. If he were going senile his mental state now a few years later would have been far more pronounced. His lack of lucidity was very selective. He made sure not to say anything that would incriminate him.

There was never an “Investigation”, only an attempted Incrimination of Candidate and then President Trump. Alexander’s point about the critical mass of the American people turning out ‘against’ the dark forces that had been working against the best interests of the American people is not appreciated enough. (IMO) We know this is a layered issue, but at the end of the day the people voted out, and shook their fist at these dark forces. To me the core of Russiagate started around 2013 when I first noticed a change in tone when Putin was mentioned in passing. It was abrupt or I wouldn’t have noticed it. I started looking at timelines of developments with the BRICS. I sniffed around here and there trying to figure out the hostility toward Russia that steadily grew as time went by and was well established before Victoria Nuland was passing out sweets in the streets of Kiev. At some time it was decided that Russia would become an existential threat. Again. Attaching that enemy to Trump was a secondary plot line. Now we have this election-meddling crap. On the news they say Russia is hacking our elections. As though our polls were all hooked up to the internet.
