Comey used false information to secure a warrant from the fisa court in order to spy on carter page and pappadopolous. He knows that the information he gave the fisa court was unreliable therefore he is absolutely guilty.
Just another example of PRIVILEGED People escaping punishment for something that anyone else would go to prison, or worse, for.
He just sold out the country for money is all. He and most of the people that have a career in our government.

The fact that he tried to entrap a sitting president means that at the very least he should be tried for sedition, for fraud, for pushing falsified information to a judge, etc.
