Ilhan Omar is lucky to be a Democrat. Otherwise, she would have to stone herself over this:

A Washington, DC, mom says her political-consultant husband left her for Rep. Ilhan Omar, according to a bombshell divorce filing obtained by The Post.

Dr. Beth Mynett says her cheating spouse, Tim Mynett, told her in April that he was having an affair with the Somali-born US representative — and that he even made a “shocking declaration of love” for the Minnesota congresswoman before he ditched his wife, alleges the filing, submitted in DC Superior Court on Tuesday.

Don’t Muslims stone adulteresses? But Omar can’t be a Muslim, because she is a Democrat. You can only worship one god above all others, and the Democrat god isn’t Allah. It is government power.

Being a Democrat will also help get her out of this:

The conservative, Virginia-based National Legal and Policy Center filed a complaint against Rep. Ilhan Omar, D-Minn., with the Federal Election Commission (FEC) on Wednesday, alleging that the lawmaker used campaign funds to illegally reimburse her purported paramour for personal travel expenses.

The complaint also charges that Omar failed to itemize travel reimbursements as required by the Federal Election Campaign Act of 1971 — and that the travel expenses increased during the same month that Omar’s alleged affair with married Washington, D.C. political consultant Tim Mynett, 38, heated up.

Mynett was also paid over $200,000 for consulting, whatever that may mean in this particular situation. But Democrats easily evade consequences for illegal activities, as the Clintons have been proving for decades. Otherwise, Omar’s fellow squad member Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez might be joining her behind bars.
