Why Jakob Nieves Would Like the Equality Act

If Democrats manage to pass the intolerably tyrannical Equality Act, establishing sexual deviants as a privileged group with special rights, women’s sports won’t be the only casualty. All the same, Jakob Nieves will be delighted.

In a Facebook post last November, Jakob “Dakota” Nieves of Lawrence, Mass., urged a “yes” vote on a referendum to prohibit “discrimination on the basis of gender identity in places of public accommodation, including such sex-specific areas as restrooms and locker rooms.” On Aug. 14, Nieves was arrested on federal child pornography charges…

Disgustingly, Jakob is referred to as “she” in official documents so as to indulge him in his sexual derangement. According to court documents, a search of his phone uncovered explicit photographs and videos depicting Nieves inflicting obscene sex acts on children. One showed him receiving oral sex from a little girl.

The Democrat Party would grant him access to private facilities intended for women and girls. No wonder Bernie Sanders et al want felons to vote from prison; otherwise, they will miss out on a guaranteed vote from Jacob Nieves.
