Rep. Devin Nunes Files Federal Lawsuit Against Fusion GPS & Other Anti-Trump Conspirators

Rep. Devin Nunes filed a federal lawsuit Wednesday against opposition research firm Fusion GPS and the Campaign for Accountability, accusing the two of smearing him over his investigation into Fusion GPS’s and MI6 British spy Christopher Steele who created the “dirty” dossier.

The complaint, which Nunes filed in federal court in Virginia, alleges that Fusion GPS and Campaign for Accountability (CfA) worked on a “joint and systematic effort to intimidate, harass, threaten, influence, interfere with, impede, and ultimately to derail” Nunes’ investigation of the dossier, which he directed when he was still chairman of the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence (HPSCI).  He was replaced by Democrat Adam Schiff who has been accused of lying, smear tactics, and the leaking of secrets to the news media.

During an interview with Maria Bartiroma, host of “Sunday Morning Futures” on the Fox News Channel, House Intelligence Committee ranking member Devin Nunes from California said that Hillary Clinton’s 2016 Presidential Campaign is guilty of colluding with “nearly every” top official in the Justice Department and the Federal Bureau of Investigation.

“Nunes said, “What’s come out now, Maria, is that he has been the go-between Christopher Steele, so once Christopher Steele was terminated as a source, for doing all things like talking to the media, at the behest of Glenn Simpson, remember he was working for Glenn Simpson Fusion GPS, who are working for the Clinton Campaign.”

Congressman Elijah Cummings and his wife Maya putting on the Ritz and hanging with the “swells.” Meanwhile his constituents live in rat infested, violence-prone and shrinking economy neighborhoods — which is where he wants them to live.

“With Christopher Steele… fired, a lot of this information wasn’t shared with the FISA court, especially because of the fact that he was desperate that Donald Trump not become president. After that happened, Bruce Ohr, one of the top lawyers in the Department of Justice, kept continually meeting and providing information from Christopher Steele to who? The FBI,” said Rep. Nunes, who continues to battle the odds of a House of Representatives under the control of radical Democrats.

Nunes also has a problem with “fake news” being fed to American citizens. He said in a press statement: “I recently returned from an overseas trip for the House Intelligence Committee in which I met with U.S. military and intelligence personnel and foreign government officials in numerous countries. Somewhat unsurprisingly, I came home to find a deluge of fake news stories about my trip. It’s a sad commentary on the mainstream media today that it will re-report, without the slightest skepticism, obviously false stories that are based on anonymous sources, as long as the stories serve the Democrats’ political purposes.”

Devin Nunes (born Oct. 1, 1973) has served in the House since 2003. He currently represents California’s 22nd congressional district, which is located in the San Joaquin Valley and includes portions of Tulare and Fresno Counties

Nunes is Ranking Member of the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence and a member of the Ways and Means Committee, currently Ranking Member of the Ways and Means Subcommittee on Health, having previously served as Chairman of the Ways and Means Subcommittee on Trade. He is the author of the book Restoring the Republic, which was published in September 2010.

According to the California Republican, “This [Anti-Trump movement] is just madness. The American people need to know it. I will tell you, like I said in the last segment, the fact that the media is ignoring this is even more of a reason that we’re going to have to have more information than usual declassified. We’re going to have to have, I think, an unprecedented amount of information declassified because the media is just not covering this topic.”

He added, “Don’t forget that Bruce Ohr’s wife, Nellie Ohr, who also will have to be re-interviewed soon, was also working for Fusion GPS, [who were] working for the Clinton campaign.”

So here you have information flowing from the Clinton campaign from the Russians, likely I believe was handed directly from Russian propaganda arms to the Clinton campaign, fed into the top levels of the FBI and Department of Justice to open up a counter intelligence investigation into a political campaign that has now colluded with nearly every top official at the DOJ and FBI over the course of the last couple years.”
