WHY do the Smart Meters have to go on Private Property, and not on Their Public Utilities Poles or Easements that are given by all Cities and Counties??? Why are We forced to put Them on Our Homes, but The Transformers(We have to buy) are put on the poles in the Easements? Maybe a Great Lawyer could answer this in Court!!!
