I had to make a close call too. This was really close. I didn’t know whether to call your throat clearing enough to warrant an “excuse me”. I know Rush will do some bad cough and say “excuse me” but sometime he’ll do a half-a-cough throat clearing and not say “excuse me” lots of times.
This one was close and I still don’t know whether to call you out or not but I stopped the video there and did not listen to the rest. This is a hard call. Sometimes I think you should and sometimes I think it might be OK.
