Islam and Women

Cultural Marxism dictates that the woke must embrace both feminism and Islam, as both ideologies can be used to undermine the foundations of our society. This difficult feat is managed through ignorance and doublethink; even liberals who know how women are treated under Islam manage not to know it when the knowledge is inconvenient.

When Jimmy Carter self-righteously proclaimed that he was severing his ties with the Southern Baptist Convention after 6 decades because its attitudes toward women did not meet his standards for political correctness, he barked the following:

The truth is that male religious leaders have had – and still have – an option to interpret holy teachings either to exalt or subjugate women. They have, for their own selfish ends, overwhelmingly chosen the latter. Their continuing choice provides the foundation or justification for much of the pervasive persecution and abuse of women throughout the world. This is in clear violation not just of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights but also the teachings of Jesus Christ, the Apostle Paul, Moses and the prophets, Muhammad, and founders of other great religions – all of whom have called for proper and equitable treatment of all the children of God.

Including Muhammad where he clearly does not belong is reflexive with Islamophilic moonbats. Here, it would not be much less appropriate to include Ted Bundy.

David Wood offers three Koran verses that make clear where Mohammad stood on women’s rights:

…And get two witnesses out of your own men. And if there are not two men (available), then a man and two women, such as you agree for witnesses, so that if one of them (one of the two women) errs, the other can remind her…

Your wives are a tilth for you; so go to your tilth when or how you will…

Men are in charge of women, because Allah hath made the one of them to excel the other, and because they spend of their property (for the support of women). So good women are obedient, guarding in secret that which Allah hath guarded. As for those from whom you fear rebellion, admonish them and banish them to beds apart, and scourge them. Then if they obey you, seek not a way against them.
—Koran 4:34

Muslims literally regard these far from chivalrous proclamations to be the word of God. Small wonder women tend to be abused in places that have succumbed to Islam.

Wood gives some background in the video below and sums up with this:

“According to Allah and Mohammad, women are stupid. They’re the property of men and have to submit themselves fully to their husbands’ sexual whims. Those who don’t are to be beaten into submission.”

The Islamic “feminist” Linda Sarsour personifies the inherent phoniness of progressivism, and demonstrates how the Cultural Marxist coalition can only be used to destroy. To build anything, there would have to be cohesion beyond a shared hatred of our core culture. As soon as normal Americans have been marginalized, Muslims, feminists, LGBT militants, and the rest of the “oppressed” will be at each other’s throats.
