The plot line was so diabolical that I don’t even remember anything else about the movie, which featured a Bond like villain who manufactured a deadly virus and ransomed world leaders with the only known vaccine. This villain was willing to cause a mass extinction event that killed millions, as long as he got paid billions. After that plot line was revealed, I was too disturbed to watch the rest of the movie. It’s just IMPOSSIBLE to believe how evil some people can be.
