Americans still have the option of viewing news and statistics / data from various sources, while very time limited, due to Chinese Communist influence on media in the U.S., the propaganda media and their social media cohorts are censoring truth at a rate never seen before…..

Two doctors recently conducted an hour long media interview and revealed the truth about COVID-19 and what’s happening behind the scenes. The video was quickly snubbed by YouTube.

The question on everyone’s mind….will Trump step-in and begin revealing the COVID-19 crisis as part of the Deep State coup’ to “overthrow the United States government,” and his re-election this November ?

Apparently so…..since the daily CV briefings were well planned for the specific purpose of using (Democrat) (Deep State) scientists and medical doctors as his counter-punch to the swath of media backlash. Playing them at their own (created) game of destroying America, the “future proves past” [Q] and all those involved in this ongoing coup’ will show their colors.

America will be back to business and people will be able to walk their dogs without getting arrested, the beaches will continue to be full each day…even though California law enforcement are arresting a few here and there, but generally….the people will begin to assert their constitutional rights and the Democrat Blue states will push-back hard. THEY need to drag CV-19 into November….

AG William Barr is prepared to take action against any state government that continues to violate the rights of citizens. One particular U.S. Code is specific to Barr’s latest memorandum, which can lawfully cause the arrest and conviction of ANYONE, including law enforcement and up to the governor, if a federal court determines a U.S. Citizen’s Constitutional Rights are violated during this crisis.

‘U.S. Code 18, Section 241 & 242 Deprivation of Rights Under Color of Law ‘ can put the violator in prison for one year and a $10,000 fine, or the max of 10 years in prison. AG Barr states, “the U.S. Constitution has been and will continue to be in effect, regardless of a crisis.” [Paraphrasing]

Excerpt of Barr’s Memorandum to all State Attorneys…..

“If a state or local ordinance crosses the line from an appropriate exercise of authority to stop the spread of COVID-19 into an overbearing infringement of constitutional and statutory protections, the Department of Justice may have an obligation to address that overreach in federal court.”

AG Barr’s notice to each state is the first phase of curtailing this CV-19 coup’ cover-up.

Trump has given the Democrat Communist and their Chinese Communist handlers the benefit of the doubt, but now everything is coming into the light and the conspirators are being exposed, i.e, the World Health Organization, CCP cover-up, and the extreme likelihood the virus was and is a Bio-Weapon….the Deep State operatives on both sides of the Pacific and their New World Order plans are FAILING.

As we come-out of this quasi-martial law [lock-down] there will be a push-back in several states by those in government (local & state) that are under strict orders to (carefully) violate your rights, if you happen to be in the wrong place at the wrong time.

As I mentioned…..U.S. Code / Title 18, Section 241 & 242 are for YOUR benefit and like ‘miranda rights’ read to you while being arrested, you also have the opportunity to essentially convey a similar tactic to an arresting officer. But note….documenting the event, name, location and time is important, plus it is necessary for you to FORCE your attorney to proceed with your constitutional violation, however…..if you are cited with a $1,000 plus dollar fine for sitting on the beach or playing with your children in a park, you have the right to fight that citation in court, but (for me) I would contact the State Attorney General’s office and file a complaint based-on what happened, backed by AG Barr’s memorandum.

It can be a slippery slope and can work against you, causing an arrest….therefore, use caution and don’t waste the opportunity by being an asshole to the officer. Be professional, ask he/she why you are being cited and what law is he/she basing that on?

To document your encounter and to show the officer that you intend to pursue the fact, your constitutional and civil rights are being violated…..do the following.

Type or print on two index cards (stapled together) the following. Have a set for yourself and others you intend to be with. All that is needed to be filled-in on both cards, is the officer’s name, county, location, date and time. Once completed, give the officer one copy….then make copies later and proceed to your State Attorney’s Office….or the ACLU.

Important Note [Disclaimer]

MOST law enforcement personnel adhere to their oath to the Constitution and will leave you alone…..but it’s the (other) types that eat and sleep authority and if you stare at them wrong, or intimidate them by handing them the prescribed notice within, you are likely to be arrested.

Those types are the ones you NEED to pursue in a court of law…..

By all means, be courteous and informed, most law enforcement types will respect that and will tell you….”I’m just doing my job (or following orders)” and if you reply: “That’s what the NAZI’s said at the Nuremberg Trials,” say it with a smile and avoid a conflict, or better to not say anything, but make damn sure you ask the officer if you can obtain your pen and card to get some information “sir !” [Sudden moves in front of the wrong cop can get you shot]

Fill-out both cards, give him the top copy, but know….It might give him pause, or piss him off. However…..you are basically letting him/her know that your rights are being violated.

Here’s the bigger problem……

It’s the Democrat base of supporters that (also) want to see this lock-down dragged out through November, because they can’t stand to see Trump get re-elected. Those types are the enemy’s warriors in your neighborhood that will force the police to act on you. Law enforcement has to respond to a citizen’s call, and that’s when the fun begins !!!

YOU can ALSO provide the complaining citizen, attempting to violate your rights, the same card, since THEY just became an accomplice to conspiracy to deprive you of your rights !!!

Sue them and take their house….
