RIP Mike Adams

Countermoonbat criminology professor Mike Adams of University of North Carolina Wilmington was featured here in a Profile in Countermoonbattery back in 2015, in which he explained why university snowflakes do not have a right not to be offended and identified “the Marxists who run our public universities” as America’s primary enemy. More recently, he spoke truth in the face of cancel culture. Tragically, Professor Adams has been canceled himself, having been found dead just as he was driven out of his job by the PC Inquisition, following a campaign that included professors and graduate students from other universities and even Hollywood celebrities.

Fellow North Carolina resident Sarah Corriher explains why tolerant liberals have reacted jubilantly to his death:

Zero dissent from ideological orthodoxy is permitted in academia. No need to wait for Democrats to consolidate political power. We already live in a totalitarian country. All that is left is the inevitable transition from soft tyranny to hard.
