WASHINGTON, D.C.– FreedomWorks applauds President Trump for his nomination of Amy Coney Barrett to the United States Supreme Court. Having been appointed to the Seventh U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals in 2017, Judge Barrett is a credentialed nominee who has led a career marked by strong moral character and reverence for the rule of law.

“Judge Barrett is an excellent choice to fill the seat of the late Justice Ginsburg. She is a fearless defender of the Constitution and will not hesitate to strike down violations of our rights under the Constitution.
