Trump won by a landslide! That caused the communist-democrats to cheat so much, that it was obvious to anyone with two working synapses. The propaganda arm of the communist-democrats are gaslighting their America hating followers and setting up truth loving Americans because when the fraud is addressed and every legal vote demonstrates a Trump victory, they are going to call it “stealing the election”. I assume this article is referring to the 12th Amendment procedure. However, my reading of the Amendment quoted as follows indicates this procedure is only applicable if a “tie” in Electoral Votes occurs. Not by refusal of the Scotus to rule on the merits. (if no person have such majority, then from the persons having the highest numbers not exceeding three on the list of those voted for as President, the House of Representatives shall choose immediately, by ballot, the President.)
