SCOTUS reject by conservative members seems contrived. Part of the plan? This lawsuit did accomplish some important things. It unified the majority of states in recognition and opposition to fraud and corruption. It seemingly exhausted all important legal challenges and showed that Team Trump made an honest effort to use traditional legal remedies. It outraged Trump’s base and probably even left non-Trumpers scratching their heads.
What next? I see a possibility of a military takeover and suspension of the constitution which may ultimately lead to the nullification and write-up of a new constitution. That will immediately end virtually all govt positions purging all the deep state, except of course, those deemed white hats. I am in favor of preserving the present union. Purging virtually all officials may be a good option, but nullifying the constitution gives states a right to leave, and leaves in doubt the military’s mission and allegiance. All of this may occur against the backdrop of WWIII.

Any dicking with the Constitution could erase the Second Amendment.
So why don’t Trump use unconstitutional actions to stay in power, BINGO.

SCOTUS did the right thing. They are keeping legal procedure clean and pure, so that there are no unintended consequences that could come back in 50 years and ruin the U.S.A.
ALL THAT MUST BE DONE NOW IS TO RE-FILE THE SUITS IN THE NAMES OF THE CITIZENS OF EACH INDIVIDUAL STATE, AS A CLASS-ACTION. THE AGGRIEVED PARTY TO THE STOLEN ELECTION IS NOT THE STATE OF TEXAS; IT IS THE PEOPLE OF THE STATES WHERE THE VOTE WAS STOLEN. THEY ARE THE ONES WITH STANDING. Understand that the Supreme Courts DO NOT HEAR CRIMINAL CASES AS YOU ARE PRESENTING AS THE REASON THEY WERE BOUND TO HEAR THIS CASE i.e. “it was clear the Dems committed fraud”. Again, the Supreme courts DO NOT HEAR CRIMINAL CASES, which would includes FRAUD. The Texas case was NOT rejected based on any crime. It was rejected from hearing it because whoever
wrote it, failed to make their position ,their RIGHT to claim injury, their right –or standing– to file this case —was not presented clearly or correctly. THAT is where numerous cases fail.

The judges, having read the TX complaint, would have been exposed to a very detailed list of illegal changes, frauds, and unchecked iiregularities. The list was damning and long for all the defendent states.
