SCOTUS did the right thing. They are keeping legal procedure clean and pure, so that there are no unintended consequences that could come back in 50 years and ruin the U.S.A.
ALL THAT MUST BE DONE NOW IS TO RE-FILE THE SUITS IN THE NAMES OF THE CITIZENS OF EACH INDIVIDUAL STATE, AS A CLASS-ACTION. THE AGGRIEVED PARTY TO THE STOLEN ELECTION IS NOT THE STATE OF TEXAS; IT IS THE PEOPLE OF THE STATES WHERE THE VOTE WAS STOLEN. THEY ARE THE ONES WITH STANDING. THEIR LEGITIMATE VOTES WERE STOLEN BY FAKE VOTES BEING COUNTED WHICH CANCELLED OUT THE LEGAL VOTES OF THE ACTUAL CITIZENS OF THOSE STATES.
