I appreciate that this guy mentions Massachusetts. I live there, and am not surprised to see the Federal court punt on his case. At both the State (Desrosiers v. Baker) and Federal (Delaney v. Baker) level, the power of Gov. Charlie Baker has been challenged and in both cases, the corrupt judges upheld the governor’s ability to basically do whatever he wants under the guise of a “public health” emergency. Gov. Baker is a lot like Cuomo, but hasn’t received a lot of press because he’s soft spoken, passive aggressive, and has a 70% approval rating (allegedly – I know very few people in MA who actually support him). He is a petty tyrant whose orders led to the destruction of over 1/3 of the Massachusetts small business economy, and oversees a conceited populace that freaks out whenever they see someone not wearing a mask. While Trump rebuilt much of the Federal judiciary, the District of Massachusetts did not get a single new federal judge during Trump’s term. Almost all the ones we have are Obama and Clinton appointees with no diversity of thought or judicial philosophy. Massachusetts is the reason why New Hampshire is currently the fastest growing state in the nation: people can’t leave this corrupt shithole fast enough.
