Vote Recommendations on Amendments to the Senate Budget Resolution for Fiscal Year 2021, S.Con.Res. 5

On behalf of FreedomWorks activists nationwide, I urge you to contact your senators and ask them to vote in the manner prescribed for each amendment below to the Concurrent Budget Resolution for Fiscal Year 2021, S.Con.Res. 5, should these amendments be allowed votes. FreedomWorks may count the votes on the amendments for purposes of our 2020 Congressional Scorecard and, as always, reserves the right to score any other amendments not listed below that are brought to the floor for votes, as well as related procedural or other votes.

Amendment #1 by Sen. Rand Paul (R-Ky.) – Substitute amendment establishing far lower 10-year spending and debt levels

Amendment #55 by Sen. Mike Crapo (R-Idaho) – Permanent extension of lower tax rates for individuals and small businesses

Amendment #86 by Sen. Marco Rubio (R-Fla.) – Against increasing the number of justices on the Supreme Court

Amendment #129 by Sen. Mike Hoeven (R-N.D.) – Against taxing or placing a price on carbon dioxide

Amendment #136 by Sen. Mike Hoeven (R-N.D.) – Against redefining waters of the United States

Amendment #167 by Sen. Mike Braun (R-Ind.) – Permanent extension of deduction for qualified business income

Amendment #207 by Sen. Josh Hawley (R-Mo.) – Prohibit mergers and acquisitions by big tech companies

FreedomWorks may count the votes for these amendments to S.Con.Res. 5 on our 2021 Congressional Scorecard and reserves the right to score any additional amendments, motions, or other related votes. The scorecard is used to determine eligibility for the FreedomFighter Award, which recognizes Members of the House and Senate who consistently vote to support economic freedom and individual liberty.
