It is NOT just important to Read and KNOW the US Constituion, but OUR OWN STATE CONSTITUTION (Do you have a copy of it? Have you Read the State Constitution?)!

THIS PETITION should be scraped and an almost exact duplicate could/should be reconstituted ONLY if it adds the following language regarding the TWENTY-EIGHT DAYS PERIOD —- Can/may institute for 5 days AND ONLY extended to TWENTY-EIGHT DAY PERIOD, and/or renewed up to another 28 day cycle/period, with 2/3 approval of MICHIGAN HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES!!!!

AGAIN: THAT would indeed protect a REAL EMERGENCY SITUATION and LIMIT BOTH GOVERNOR AND DEEP STATE POWER HUNGRY FASCICRATS from abusing even a/this NEW STATUTE! Until then, I REMAIN OPPOSED to ULM2 Petition Drive (where-as I was 100% on-board with the original (Repeal 45 Act) ULM Petition drive!!

Sadly there are some GOOD INTENTIONED PEOPLE wanting to do SOMETHING, ANYTHING, even if it is the WRONG THING (does opposite of LIMITING SOMETHING but instead CONCEDES GROUND TO FASCICRATS)… Just like the #HeartbeatCoalition Petition MAY HAVE BEEN SOUND for other States, but actually would have WEAKENED MICHIGAN PROLIFE LAWS! Glad that FAILED, and this one must TOO!!! The ULM original Petition (repeal 45 Act) was SOUND, THIS ONE IS NOT!

I am glad there were enough THINKING FELLOW CONSERVATIVES here in MI to NOT SIGN the ULM2 petition (that would have by Law given MHS authority to lockdown (as they have ZERO AUTHORITY to do it any days and ULM2 conceded them the power to do so for 15)) rather than people falling for the SHORT STORY not investigating the entire Petition language and (again Thankfully) they failed to collect the necessary signatures to get on Ballot (was announced today)!

The original ULM about eliminating the 1945 EP Act was good, this one was NOT!

And why we must get Conservative Constitutionalist control of MI Supreme Court back this cycle, then toss Viviano next time/asap (as he is the idiot that gave Whitler the MHS idea with wink and a nod he’d side with the Liberal Activists on the Court should an MHS lockdown come to the high court). Must keep Brian Zahra and oust idiot Bernstein, and again next chance replace Viviano.

These groups start off with GREAT INTENTIONS and many times do GOOD THINGS at first, but then grow (and get big heads, like the spotlight, start to act just as stupid as the people we are supposedly both on the same side fighting), more lawyers pile on, and lawyers answers to BAD LAW is always ADD MORE (often Bad too) LAWS rather than straight repeal of BAD LAW (like we did with ULM1) or minor revisions rather than page upon page of NEW MANURE added (like the Henry garbage was too, we didn’t need dozens of new paragraphs added to the MI CONSTITUTION). We need tweaks, minor fixes, and A CONSTITUTIONALISTS SUPERMAJORITY MI SUPREME COURT to strike down the bullshit and stop playing footsy with the Leftards.
