You’re forgetting that this “damning information” came from a book. Not a whistleblower. So far there’s no actual evidence of the call nor is there evidence that if he did make those calls, he didn’t follow proper protocol with his chain of command (obviously this would mean SOMEone leaving the President out of the loop but was he that person?). You can’t go arresting someone over something someone said about them in a book with no other evidence. If this is the best we can come up with to try to bring down the deep state we’re going to have to do better. Now the question is, who has the authority to investigate it and see if there was such a call, etc etc, but unfortunately you can’t hang someone because of what one person said about them in a book.
