* WHERE…The mountains of western North Carolina and Rabun County in northeast Georgia.
* WHEN…Until 9 AM EDT this morning.
* IMPACTS…Frost could kill sensitive outdoor vegetation if left uncovered.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…Isolated spots, particularly in sheltered valleys, may see temperatures briefly fall to the freezing mark.
