I was told by my employer on Friday that I must be vaccinated or I will be placed on 30 days unpaid leave followed by termination. I do not recognize this country anymore. Furthermore my Sr. Mgr tells us all that we should start believing in science and stop being antivaxxers. America is gone. We are told there must be pain to force people to wake up, but it seems like the only people experiencing pain are those who are already awake.
You are alone in these feelings. My husband stood up against the mask mandates. He was placed on unpaid leave. They refuse to accept his medical reason and religious. Liberty counsel lawyers helped us as much as they could but it is February before anyone will hear my husband situation. On Friday, researchers working in Uganda said they found COVID-19 patients with high rates of exposure to malaria were less likely to suffer severe disease or death than people with little history of the disease.
