Supreme Court rules on gun rights in New York

The U.S. Supreme Court on Thursday ruled in favor of the New York State Rifle & Pistol Association when it decided that New York state violates the Second Amendment by requiring gunowners applying for concealed-carry licenses to prove they have a worthy need to carry guns in public. It’s the first major decision on gun rights in more than a decade.

The truth of the matter is really quite simple. The Second Amendment is written very clearly and stands as the guiding law on the right to own and bear arms. It does not specify any caliber or type of weapon although it infers to “equivalent arms” to be able to defend one’s self and to overcome tyranny if necessary. I could explain that right to a first grader yet it seems to be beyond the comprehension of Democrats and libtards. Fact is they know the truth and simply do not like it. Some states will continue to try and circumvent both the Constitution and the interpretation of the SCOTUS and any such laws are legally nullified at both the state and Federal level. If personal safety is a concern it is a simple matter to require a course in safety. These are readily available and inexpensive but you see that is not the concern of the Democrats at all. THEY WANT TO CONTROL YOU. THEY ARE AFRAID YOU WILL FINALLY SAY ENOUGH AND GO TO WAR. Taking away the citizens ability to defend or fight is the first step in the dictator and communist manual. Regardless of political party affiliation, being an imbecile or moron or whatever, people should see this for what it is and protect themselves.
