Who Defines Law-Breaker?
I was reading Liberty’s Torch this morning where I was reminded of the following excerpt from Atlas Shrugged:

But just pass the kind of laws that can be neither observed nor enforced nor objectively interpreted — and you create a nation of law-breakers — and then you cash in on guilt. I put this in context with the current state of affairs in Cherokee County, NC where the new paradigm bypasses this concept of whether the target is even a law-breaker. While we know that the rule of law is no longer intact in the overthrown Republic, the majority of people will not admit it. They will not admit the excerpt from Atlas Shrugged.
