You allow US private companies and the US government to use these companies to invade privacy issues, which, I thought, the government was required to protect the right to privacy… Not just from the government, but also from my neighbor, my ex-wife, Walmart, Facebook and Tik-Tok. If privacy were originally protected by our government, then Tik-Tok would NOT be an issue presently…
It’s alright from some to exploit and violate privacy issues but not alright for others. How about, and here’s a novel idea, the government simply protects privacy issues for everyone and from everyone. It’s pretty simple… You want to open a business in the United States? Well, to do so that company must respect and operate within existing US and State Laws and our Constitution and Bill of Rights… Period!! China wants to do business here, then they must respect our laws and the rights of our citizens. The same with Facebook, Twitter, etc. etc…Adhere to laws and NO violations of the rights of citizens.
