This week’s least surprising headline:
‘Entitled’ Gen Z is the most difficult generation in the workplace
I note that the article was written by a Millennial who is only too glad to pass the torch of “most entitled” on to the next generation. One can only hope that now they can take a break from bitching about how the Boomers ruined their lives.
If I were a member of either of these 2 generations I would demand a refund for my college degree(s); not from my government but from my institution of “higher learning” for their lack of product delivery.
Now get out there, eat right and enjoy the day. I’ve been told those 2 things are not mutually exclusive but do your own research as all other research is potentially biased.

Born in ’61, I’m the “tail end” boomer.
When I joined the workforce in ’73 with a paper route that netted me a respectable $85/week, there were 7 workers contributing to social security for every one collecting. A 7:1 ratio, for people working compared to people collecting cash payouts. Do you know what that ratio is now?

SS will be insolvent by 2030, and there’s going to be a lot of pissed off people my age, demanding change. You may laugh and have visions of old men with canes rioting in the streets, but the reality will be far, far worse.
Entire swaths of the younger generations will go by the wayside, due to their ineptness.
Non-Player Characters. They can identify with this description of themselves. Ever present, but mostly useless, and a waste of precious resources.
They will disappear without knowing or understanding what has happened – but there is a glimmer of hope –
A few will rise and take over, as not all Gen Z’ers are useless, a few who have listened, have thrown off the mental constraints of millennials, learning from watching them spinning their wheels for a decade. I know a few, they aren’t afraid of hard work, which I cannot say about Millennials in general terms.
As for us boomers,
“If I can’t get back the money I put in for 50 years, then nobody can”. We are the crunch generation, the group that gets the raw deal. Robbed, for lack of a more accurate term.
“I’m afraid the entire thing will be…

We need to band together in small tribes for our own survival.
