The F-16 is 52 years old now and has no stealth capability.
It has a very low-slung air intake, and needs a VERY clean runway to be used safely. Loose gravel and even small pieces of debris can easily be sucked into the engine and wreck it.
No Ukrainian runways are anywhere near that clean. (All the Russians would have to do is drop gravel all over the airfield. No need at all to bomb huge craters in the tarmac.)
So the F-16s would have to fly from Poland. Under international law, that makes Poland a party to the war and therefore Polish airfields would be a legitimate target for Russian missiles. (Russia might not do that, but they could.)
They’d also need to be refueled in order to fly 1000 km to the front lines in Eastern Ukraine, and the KC-135 tankers (large, lumbering things the size and speed of passenger aircraft) would also be easy targets.

In late October a Ukrainian Sukhoi-27 Flanker, Soviet-era fighter, was shot down by a long-range air-to-air missile (LRAAM) – the R-37M. This is not the first Ukrainian aircraft to be shot down since Russia’s invasion commenced in February, but it is nevertheless a significant feat for the Russian Air Force because the R-37M took down the Ukrainian Sukhoi-27 from a range of 217km (about 140 miles). This would make the kill the longest on record. The R-37M is a hypersonic long-range air-to-air missile (LRAAM) reportedly capable of reaching Mach 6 and striking targets up to 400km (250 miles) away.
The R-37M has become virtually unmatched, with few potential rivals.Furthermore, it is reported that the R-37M was fired from Russia’s fifth-generation fighter the Sukhoi-57 Felon rather than the Mikoyan MiG-31 Foxhound, Russia’s primary interceptor. The possibility of a fifth-generation Felon executing a target from such a long range is not at all impossible; the Sukhoi-57 has a sophisticated actively electronic scanned arrays (AESA) radar system comprising of the solid state AN/APG-77 – with a range of at least 200km (125 miles); and the N036 Byelka radar which boasts a maximum range just under 400km (250 miles).

If you know the history about hitler, you would know that at the end of the war in May 1945, hitler was in the advanced stages of Parkinsons Disease. His doctor, Theodor Morell, was constantly by his side, giving him multiple daily injections of off the wall drugs, including methamphetamine, among other things. If hitler escaped to Argentina, Morell did not come with him, he stayed in Berlin, went back to his practice and died soon after. Hitler would not have survived ONE DAY without Dr. Morell and his “treatments”.
