With all do respect, that is what the USA, have been doing ALL along. And they are the ones that create the wars. So, for Putin to say that, I think he is just exposing what others have been doing for a LONG LONG time. The Obiden/Hillary/Bushs have been blaming them very unfairly for many things they create and do. OBiden and all of them, have been wanting war with Russia for a LONG time!
