I assume the author didn’t actually watch any of the Durham hearings or is lying about it. Durham testified that he was appointed by Trump, had no interference from the Biden administration, was not forbidden or restricted from investigating anyone (including Clintons, Obama, Biden) and that after all of his investigations he was able to come up with 3 individuals to indict. One pled guilty on unrelated offenses and received no jail. He went to trial on 2 and they were both acquitted – meaning 24 citizens thought there was no case. For perspective, the Feds only lose about 1 in 250 cases they bring and this guy went 0-2.

The deep state lied and deceived the FISA Judges ??????? What kind of Judge would receive and process 300,000 FISA Warrant requests and NOT Question their validity??? These Judges probably wore out several “Rubber Stamps” and hired more clerks to use them. Court Judges are the “essence” of a citizen’s protection against tyrannical and criminal acts. WHY did they not control the process? The answer is quite simple, they ignored their duty and were complicit in the routine process of issuing “Writs of Assistance” otherwise known as FISA Warrants to violate Constitutional protections. Look no further than the bench if you want to know the offender.
