New York Attorney General has announced that today March 25, 2024 she will start seizing President Trumps Properties if he defaults ?

In our opinion is it possible that these politically motivated pair of New York, AG and The Judge have been blind sighted by their Quest to get Trump that they MIGHT have over looked these very critical factors ?

As we understand it that in their early contention and accusation they brought against President Trump was that he intentionally mislead the banks by using much lower Property Values on his Loan Applications. Also, President Trump had been misleading the public about the status of his actual aggregate wealth.

After many months in our opinion they realized just how STUPID THEY ARE STARTING TO LOOK AND ALLEGEDLY BECAUSE OF THEIR LACK OF KNOWLEDGE OF COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE LOANS’ PROCESSING AND NOW HAVE CHANGED THE STORY THAT PRESIDENT TRUMP’S PROPERTIES ARE NOT EVEN WORTH THE VALUES AS HIGH AS STATED IN HIS LOAN APPLICATIONS.

SO EXACTLY WHAT IS THE BEEF ?

If we are mistaken about this please accept our apology.

As an outsiders we could not help but to ask the following questions :

Is the New York AG’s and Judges’ President Trump’s Real Estate Properties Valuation basis is based on their own assessments and not upon a Certified Commercial Real Estate Appraisers’ Written Reports on hand to have filed with their initial law suits’ documentations?

Also, President Trump’s businesses have been in the New York County for years and if just in case the New York AG and the Judge happen to be correct in their assumptions then ‘New York County’s Real Estate Tax Assessment must have been wrong along. (1)

Were they charging excessive Real Estate Taxes on President Trump’s Properties for years and shouldn’t have then they now need to reimburse President Trump of the over charged amounts immediately?

What about the stated Real Estate values of many neighboring businesses within very short distance just around the Trump Tower ?

Lastly, why have the Trump’s highly paid lawyers not subpoenaed the New York County Real Estate Commissioner to testify in court to put an end to this kangaroo court actions against him?

Side Note: President Trump’s Properties are always kept in very high quality level’ standards so therefore their Real Estate Values should have kept increasing very steadily over the years.

It will be very interesting today just how things shake out.
