Weather Briefing for Wednesday, April 02, 2024
Here is the news and weather briefing for Macon County.
GENERAL OUTLOOK
A cold front will cross the area early today, pushing showers and thunderstorms to the east and ushering in gusty westerly winds. Breezy conditions and northwest flow snow showers can be expected near the Tennessee border tonight through Friday as much cooler air returns to the region. Dry high pressure builds into the area over the weekend then slides east, allowing warmer temperatures to return by the start of next week.
