1. Union state People existed in creating the Organic Law
2. People on the land/soil instituted and constituted state governments
3. State Governments of/by/for The People instituted national government as a constitutional republic to protect our rights, our borders and provided those 18 enumeratedp owers where all else rolled back upwards to the States.
Therefore, that Texas Flag belongs at the top of that flag pole and then that Title IV Flag belongs under that Texas Flag. That etiquette can visually take our country back and make The People realize, once again, who we are in our capacity as standing over the Fed instead of standing under it.
