DOJ Charges 64 Noncitizens With Illegal Voting Across 17 States

The Justice Department says it has charged 64 foreign nationals in 17 states with illegal voting or fraudulent voter registration over about five weeks, led by Minnesota with 11 defendants; these are individual criminal cases, not rule changes or voter-roll purges.

Minnesota leads with 11 defendants, followed by Pennsylvania with 10 and Texas with nine. DOJ says it has charged 104 people with voting fraud-related offenses since Trump returned to office in 2025.
