Maniac With a Record Stabs 2-Year-Old in Face

At some point a civilizational survival instinct will kick in. Then the party will be over for the bleeding heart moonbats running our revolving door system of justice. In the meantime, a 2-year-old is stabbed in the face as she sits in her stroller beside her mother at a school bus stop in broad daylight in Providence, Rhode Island.

The mother, 26, was waiting with her two-year-old daughter for the child’s siblings to arrive on a school bus. Nelson Blanco, 46, approached them. The mother moved across the street, but Blanco followed, insulted her, and then attacked, according to Providence Police Chief Oscar Perez.

Perez said Blanco stabbed the girl in the face multiple times and stabbed the mother in the shoulder. The attack was “unprovoked,” and the victims did not know the suspect. …

The girl remains in critical condition at Hasbro Children’s Hospital.

As usual, the maniac already had a résumé:

Blanco’s history with the courts stretches back more than two decades. In September 2003, he was charged with stabbing two seven-year-old boys who were playing outside in Providence.

More arrests followed. Authorities kept finding him incompetent to stand trial. The system rewards those who achieve the privileged status of criminally insane, for they are regarded as the true victims of their crimes per liberal ideology.

Prior to the attack on the 2-year-old girl…

…a doctor had assessed that he was “not likely to imperil the peace and safety of the community or himself at this time.” A judge accepted the recommendation and allowed him to remain free on outpatient treatment.

Neither the doctor nor the judge was likely to get the resulting knife in the face. A 2-year-old did.
