The Bundy Oregon Standoff Psyop: Mark McConnell Says LaVoy Attacked Officers After Feds File No Charges Against Him ಠ_ಠ

The story about LaVoy Finicum being executed by the feds while on his knees with his hands up in the air was a lie according to police reports as well as a video statement from Mark McConnell who posted a video talking about the arrest on his Facebook page. He says he was there, driving the second vehicle and was detained at the scene and saw much of what happened, though he claims he didn’t actually see the shooting.

But here’s the problem: though he admits he had a gun on him at the time and “they were a little rough with me”, it doesn’t appear like Mark was arrested. According to Mark, he was questioned and released and now that his video is all over places like the New York Times saying it’s a “conspiracy theory” that LaVoy Finicum was shot while on his knees, you have to wonder if that video wasn’t part of Mark’s release deal. It does sound like it was written by law enforcement and it looks like it was filmed at the station. ಠ_ಠ

You also have to wonder what Mark was doing at the refuge occupation all that time if the Feds gave him a pass in the end.

In the video below, McConnell says “Myself, Buddha (Brian Cavalier) and Ammon were in my jeep. LaVoy, Ryan Payne, Ryan Bundy, Shawna Cox and an 18-year-old girl ( Victoria Sharp ) were in LaVoy’s truck” That accounts for everyone who was arrested that day and LaVoy who was shot. Problem is, why wasn’t this guy charged as well?

“The FBI and OSP made the following arrests: Ammon Bundy, 40, from Emmett, Idaho; Ryan Bundy, 43, from Bunkerville, Nevada; Brian Cavalier, 44, of Bunkerville, Nevada; Shawna Cox, 59, Kanab, Utah; and Ryan Waylen Payne, 32, of Anaconda, Montana.

A sixth person, 45-year-old Joseph Donald O’Shaughnessy of Cottonwood, Arizona, was arrested by OSP in a separate incident in Burns, officials said” KOIN

The video has been posted by Oregon Live on their front page and the video of his is clear, but the Facebook page they took if from, his Facebook page, is blurred on the side of the screen so you can’t read his name.

McConnell claims he and the 18-year-old girl were questioned and released without charges. In a later video posted to Facebook on his page, he claims he was arrested when clearly, according to all reports, he wasn’t. The girl’s version of events is similar to Mark’s but says the cops opened fire on the truck before LaVoy took off and after they crashed, LaVoy jumped out of the car, with his hands up, saying “OK. Just shoot me” and they did.

Mark claims in the video that Shawna Cox’s story has changed a couple times. Victoria has a video giving her account as well.

McConnell claims on his Facebook page that he is self-employed. He only has two videos loaded on the page which apparently has been around since June of last year. The second video is him bitching about people who question his version of events.

My question is, why wasn’t he arrested? He was armed and part of the illegal occupation of the wildlife refuge. Been there for a while. Been armed the whole time. And everyone else except that little girl was arrested, so why not this guy?

Everyone from Raw Story to the New York Times have picked up Mark’s story and run with it saying it puts the “conspiracy theories” to rest.

I’m not so sure about that.

First of all, he builds in a disclaimer to his story saying he is only going by what other witnesses who were there said, mainly Shawna Cox, and he makes sure to say that Shawna’s story changed several times. And how exactly did he get to hear Shawna’s story anyway? She was charged, he was not. So how did he bump into her at the station? Either way, this is hearsay and his version of events differs substantially to that of the other released witness, Victoria Sharp.

Victoria says the feds were shooting at the truck before LaVoy took off. He omits that part. And he would have seen that.

She says LaVoy exited the car with his hands up and was shot. Mark omits the part about him having his hands up and adds the part about him “charging” the feds. She never said that. Not that I read. And of course, Mark wasn’t there for that part.

Also, go back and listen to Mark’s video. He sounds a lot like a cop, doesn’t he? He says things like “there were approximately 11 HRT trucks”, “they radioed ahead to go ahead with the second vehicle”, “other occupants“, they “exercised a stop” and he describes LaVoy’s pulling away from the first stop trying to flee the scene as “an act of aggression”

Since when is driving away from a bunch of people shooting at you an act of aggression? And why would he see it that way?

And perhaps most important, when describing how they took him out of the car “roughly” he states that he understands it because he’s tall and armed and gives them a pass for being rough with him when they did it because “I would be too”.

Was he ever a cop? I know he is former military but anything else is hard to find.

Seems to me like he might have been one of the sheep-dipped assets sent over by the feds when this thing took off (Pete Santilli, Blaine Cooper and Jon Ritzheimer)

I’m going to keep looking into this guy’s background but I find it really troubling that he was released with no charges after being caught with a gun with this bunch and he’s been on the occupied refuge for quite a while now. Seems very odd that he just happens to make this video and release it after all of that. Also seems interesting that he appears to have made it in a police station and it sounds like he is either former law enforcement or someone from law enforcement wrote it.
