The Coalition Bombing of Civilians in Manbij Syria Was No Accident (and they weren’t targeting “ISIS”)

The coalition bombing in Syria this past week was not a one off mistake where they “mistook” women and children in a village for “ISIS”.

Given the fog of war and our complicit media servants here in the states, it’s understandable how more of our so-called “alternative anti-war” news outlets haven’t picked up on this yet, but in reality what happened appears to be a sustained attack on a civilian area carried out by US and French warplanes over a two day period.

To me it looks like they have given up on the “ISIS” pretense and are clearing out a problematic areas for the Kurds to claim and occupy as part of what they call Rojava, or “Western Kurdistan”, part of Greater Kurdistan (something we aren’t supposed to speak of)

First, let’s make what happened very clear: there were several attacks on this area over the course of two days during which as many as 200 civilians were killed, mostly women and children. It was a slaughter. You might even call it a “cleansing” of the area north of Manbij.

“Foreign and Expatriates Ministry sent on Tuesday two identical letters to UN secretary General and President of Security Council saying that the French warplanes, working within the so-called “international coalition” led by the US, perpetrated an unjust massacre on the territories of Syria near the Syrian-Turkish borders, targeting Toukhan al-Kubra village to the north of Manbij, killing families in complete and demolishing houses there.

“The French unjust aggression claimed the lives of more than 120 civilians, most of them are children, women and elderly, in addition to tens of wounded citizens, the majority of them are also children and women as reports say that the fate of scores of other civilians who still under debris are unknown too,” the Ministry said in the letters.

The letters went on to say that the French aggression comes after one day of a US aggression carried out by US warplanes on Monday which perpetrated a similar bloody massacre by bombarding Syrian city of Manbij, claiming the lives of more than 20 civilians and injuring tens others” SANA

Kurdish forces working as US and NATO “freedom fighters” in Syria have been advancing on Manbij for some time now but meeting a good deal of resistance. They report that they are fighting ‘ISIS” but that is a ridiculous claim. They are trying to clear the city and surrounding towns of civilians loyal to the legitimate government of Syria.

Here is a report from South Front showing how the Kurds were laying siege to Manbij back on July 13th of this year.

“The US-backed Syrian Democratic Forces (the Kurdish YPG and some Arab militias) are clashing with the ISIS terrorist group in the strategic city of Manbij in Aleppo province. According to recent confirmed reports, the SDF failed to seize Al Basel hospital and lost Al Sabe roundabout to ISIS militants. Heavy clashes were also reported at Dalla roundabout.” South Front

Apparently the Kurds, our new glorious freedom fighters, weren’t doing so well on their own fighting the inhabitants of Manbij and taking it as part of “Rojava” so the French and the US have been helping them a little by bombing various targets they call in for airstrikes.

On more than one current map of the conflict in Syria, Manbij is already depicted as being won by the YPG for “Rojava”. In fact, it’s not even that close to “ISIS” controlled territory.

I don’t think anyone can suggest that these prolonged attacks on civilian targets in Manbij are accidental and keep a straight face.

We are, after all, talking about the United States and France who have both been shipping Takfari mercenary terrorists (and various scum from their nations) into Syria for the past 5 years in an effort to force a regime change by targeting and killing civilians by the hundreds.

These are the same people who attacked the Doctors Without Borders hospital in Aleppo just west of Manbij not that long ago and the hospital run by the same group in Afghanistan last year.

Is it such a stretch to imagine that in the wake of their failed coup in Turkey, the US and French authorities decided to step up their aggression against the Syrian people on behalf of the Kurds? They have been bombing this town for weeks but it was only in the past two days they they have apparently taken off the kid gloves and decided to go all-in with our glorious freedom fighters in Rojava.

This was no accident and President Peace Prize isn’t targeting “ISIS” in Syria. This is an all out war of aggression against the Syrian people, no longer being couched in the comfortable deniability of an “unconventional war” being fought by our proxies. We are losing that war so rather than simply give up on his dream of ObamaLand, a.k.a. Greater Kurdistan, the bastard has decided to wage open warfare on the people of Syria and he got the Vichy French Surrender Monkeys to go along with the plan.

I guess the next step is Shock and Awe. I wonder if he’ll bring Dick back to the White House to help him spin-up some lies for this one.
